Christmas Performances - tickets
Dear Parents,
As I mentioned last half term, we will be putting on a range of Christmas performances this year as a real celebration of post-Covid All Saints' spirit! If you need a reminder of the dates, please check the calendar on the website.
Today I am writing to share information about the allocation of tickets. Unfortunately, our hall is not the largest, therefore we must be very careful not to exceed capacity. Due to this, at present we can only offer two tickets per family for one EYFS/KS1 performance only and two per family for one KS2 performance only, based on your child(ren)'s year group(s).
For example, if you have ONE child, you will be allocated two tickets (for either the appropriate AM or PM performance, whichever you prefer.) If you have TWO children, say one in year 2 and one in year 5, you would be allocated two tickets for a EYFS/KS1 performance AND two for a KS2 performance.
I am very aware you will have other relatives who may wish to attend performances, or you may be a family with exceptional circumstances. We will do our absolute best not to disappoint everyone but we have to work within our limitations, and we have to be fair to all.
In the event that there are tickets left over, some will be allocated at our discretion due to exceptional family circumstances, and the rest will be assigned in an impartial manner.
We will not be charging for tickets, although there will be children shaking buckets on the days for any small donations you would care to make.
Parents will be able to request at the office tickets for the performance that best suits them in the week commencing 21st November.
In the meantime, if you have any queries, please get in touch.
Kind regards,
Miss E Wilson
