Flu Vaccinations - IMPORTANT

Dear Parents/Carers, 

On Friday 22nd November, the Immunisation Team will be in school, administering Flu vaccinations to years Reception to Year 6. Please find the information about this, and a link to give your consent, in the letter below. 

Please note, vaccinations will not be given unless consent has been obtained by the specified cut-off date.
