Mr Minor - shortlisted for Best New Teacher Award!

I am delighted to share that some time ago, I was approached by some parents in Reception who wanted very much to share their appreciation for the hard work and effort Mr Minor is putting into his class this year. They had done their research and discovered the prestigious Pearson Teaching Awards - nationally-recognised awards, one of whose categories is "Best New Teacher."

These parents put together a wonderful bundle of documents to support the application, including many kind and heartfelt words from the children.

I am thrilled to share that this week, we found out Mr Minor has been shortlisted for this prize! 

When we return after Easter, the judges have invited us to attend a "virtual interview," made up of interviews, videos and other documents that will support our belief that Mr Minor deserves to be crowned Best New Teacher 2025!
