Optional early collection - 26.6.26

Dear Parents/Carers,

As we come to the end of a challenging week, I have this morning re-assessed our hot weather risk assessment and decided to allow the optional collection time of 1:00pm-1:30pm. To help us manage collections safely, we would be grateful if collections could take place within the 1.00pm–1.30pm window only. Children remaining in school will be dismissed in the usual way at 3:15pm.

School will remain fully open for children who are not collected at this time and the usual heat mitigations will be in place.
