SEND Parents Evenings/Handovers

Dear Parents/Carers,

On July 15th, we will be inviting you in for the final SEND target setting/review session. 

In this session, as well as yourselves and your child's current teacher, your child's teacher for next year will also be present. We believe this will ensure messages are passed on effectively and will be a valuable element of your child's transition. 

Your child may have already shared that they've been sent to their new teacher to show off good work, or that their new teacher has come in to say hello or read a story. Hopefully they are feeling positive about next year!
