Nature is well and truly waking up around All Saints! Yesterday, Mr Christensen had to rescue a poor hedgehog who had been though the wars on our school field. Luckily he was able to take it to a kind person in the village who looks after injured hedgehogs, where we hope he will make a speedy recovery.
This morning, we find we have been paid a visit by an enormous swam of bees. Take a look at the incredible picture below!
For obvious reasons we will be cordoning off most of the field until this is removed by someone from the Bee Keepers' Association.
We are nonetheless pleased they chose to drop in on us and will be showing the children these pictures in class today.
